All projects, whether starting with envisioning through to the delivery and support stage, is in your line of sight. You are kept fully aware of what’s happening at every turn; material results are provided to clients regularly on a pre-arranged basis.
Fixed Price

Cilients receive a Project Quotation that describes the project scope and schedule in detail.

The timeline and payment schedule for a Fixed Price/Fixed Date agreement depends on how well the client’s project requirements, milestones, and design elements have been defined.

This model is recommended for small to middle-size projects, where timelines are aggressive.

A paid Discovery and Design engagement may be required as a first step when a Fixed Price Model is preferred, but the client’s project scope and design elements are NOT well defined.

Time & Material

In this case, the "full-time equivalent" scheme is applied, which means that the client is charged at a weekly or monthly rate for each team dedicated to the client's project.

This model provides clients with maximum continuity and control over deliverables and the ability to scale their dedicated team which works on the project. As the business evolves, it changes directions or scales.

This model is recommended for dynamic middle-size and large projects with fluidity.

In cases where the project scope and design elements have not yet been defined, the "full-time equivalent" scheme completes this step.

Project reports accompany a pre-arranged deposit and all invoices for this type of contract.
